• Maintain and troubleshoot building utilities and systems

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Licensed Millwright (443A) essential

• Five years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Knowledge of CMMS and schematics required

• Strong independent work ethic and troubleshooting ability

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
