In this role, you will rely on your Licensed Industrial Mechanical Millwright certification and 3-5 years of industrial repair experience. Your focus will be on preventative maintenance of cranes and hydraulics while supporting lean initiatives. You'll also fabricate guards and train apprentices, fostering a skilled team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain mechanical systems aligned with lean and 5S standards

• Perform preventative maintenance on crucial equipment

• Fabricate and install custom guards and fencing

• Support apprentices and larger installation projects

• Be available for on-call shifts as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed as an Industrial Mechanical Millwright (443A)

• 3-5 years of hands-on repair experience

• Ability to interpret schematic drawings

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
