Experienced Plumbing Coordinator

Position: Experienced Plumbing Coordinator Wanted
Become a key player at JTS Mechanical as a Plumbing Service Coordinator, managing estimates and customer communications in an energetic work environment. Utilize your service management proficiency.

As a Plumbing Service Coordinator, you'll oversee accurate plumbing estimates and handle daily job documentation. You will communicate effectively with customers, resolve inquiries, and follow up on work orders. Work collaboratively with the Plumbing Service Manager to ensure seamless scheduling and also participate in the hiring process for plumbing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate plumbing estimates

• Review technician notes and maintain part accuracy

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly

• Follow up on ongoing jobs and part statuses

• Assist in coordination of plumber interviews

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of plumbing experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Strong service management software background

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
