Landscaper (Hardscape) Foreman

Full‑time (seasonal) with potential for year‑round employment.

In person, serving Guelph and Kitchener/Waterloo area.

Salary: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Perform a variety of landscaping duties including installation, repair, and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of softscape elements including planting, mulching, and watering.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards.

• Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on both softscape and hardscape.
• Experience operating mid-size and large landscaping machinery.
• Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

• Certification in landscaping or related field.

• Vision care.

• French not required.

• Secondary School (preferred)

• Construction: 3 years (preferred)
• Skilled Labor: 3 years (preferred)

• Driver's License (preferred)
