Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential daily maintenance tasks

• Change filters on HVAC systems

• Maintain mechanical spaces and conduct cleanliness checks

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed

• Assist with summer grounds maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades

• Effective communication and mathematical skills

• Ability to work independently and be part of a team

• Completed high school or equivalent education

• Valid authorization to work in Canada
