Location: Elora
Excel as an Electrician at Polycorp Ltd., located in Elora, Ontario. This full-time role involves maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure efficient plant operations.
In this key position, you will leverage your 442 A electrical license and extensive experience to maintain electrical infrastructure and respond to emergencies. Your proactive approach to maintenance, coupled with your leadership abilities, will support continuous improvement projects while maintaining safety standards across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to machine breakdowns to maximize uptime
• Repair and maintain electrical motors and lighting systems
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist in developing electrical standards with the engineering team
• Guide and mentor the service team during projects
Requirements:
• Requires a valid 442 A electrical license
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrician
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of PLC programming considered an asset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
