Field Service Technician

Join Clean Harbors as a Field Service Technician based in Guelph, ON. This role focuses on hazardous waste clean-up and requires flexible travel throughout Ontario.

As part of the FS Ontario team, you will ensure health and safety compliance while managing hazardous materials and performing environmental remediation. The position involves working in confined spaces and conducting tank and vessel cleaning under rigorous safety protocols. You will engage in labor-intensive field projects and emergency response activities, ensuring effective use of industrial cleaning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

• Perform hazardous waste management and spill cleanups

• Conduct confined space entry and tank cleaning

• Engage in emergency response activities and projects

• Safely operate hand tools and industrial equipment

Requirements:

• Valid Class G license and reliable transportation

• DZ license highly preferred

• Labor or hazardous waste removal experience

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Willingness to learn confined space training
