Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance and repair tasks as assigned

• Clean and service mechanical areas, ensuring safety standards

• Collaborate with external contractors for repairs

• Conduct regular checks on hotel equipment and systems

• Perform basic plumbing and carpentry work as required

Requirements:

• Craft apprenticeship completion or equivalent experience

• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Capacity to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 75 lbs

• Strong communication skills in English

• Self-motivated work ethic and team player
