Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Environment:
Outside

• Perform key cropping operations including seeding, spraying, harvesting, and other related agricultural duties
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy farm machinery and vehicles
• Perform general servicing, cleaning, and routine maintenance on farm equipment, machinery, and vehicles
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair farm machinery
• Demonstrate a drive for continuous improvement, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to workplace safety

• Monday to Friday
• Evenings and weekends as needed, especially during planting and harvest season

• Previous cash crop farm experience required
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• Sprayer Operator Licence is an asset
• Proven experience safely operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining heavy farm machinery and equipment
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual labour throughout the workday
• Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and proficiency with hand and power tools
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends during planting and harvest seasons
