George’s Windows & Doors is a locally trusted company proudly serving homeowners for over 30 years. We are currently looking for a full-time Window & Door Service Technician to join our growing team.

This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining windows and doors in residential properties. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in windows and doors, enjoys hands‑on work, problem solving, and taking pride in delivering excellent customer service.

• Service and repair windows and doors
• Troubleshoot operational issues and hardware problems
• Replace parts and components as needed
• Rescreen window and door screens
• Install and service storm doors
• Perform small adjustments, repairs, and “tinkering” projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Ensure work is completed professionally and efficiently
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service in clients’ homes
• Work collaboratively with installers and office staff

• Experience servicing windows and doors preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong understanding of construction practices related to windows and doors
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined or elevated spaces
• Valid or relevant certifications are desirable but not mandatory
