We are a high-volume off-site catering company seeking an experienced Catering Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational coordination of our catering business. This is a specialist role within the commercial catering and events industry and is not a general office administration position.
About the RoleWe are a high-volume off-site catering company seeking an experienced Catering Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational coordination of our catering business. This is a specialist role within the commercial catering and events industry and is not a general office administration position.
Key Duties- Managing day-to-day office operations within a catering company
- Coordinating administration between kitchen, events, logistics and management teams
- Managing catering bookings, event documentation, run sheets and production schedules
- Overseeing supplier correspondence, purchase orders and invoice processing
- Maintaining operational records including food safety, compliance and staff documentation
- Supporting staff rostering, timesheets and onboarding processes
- Managing client correspondence, confirmations and event follow-up
- Maintaining internal systems for menus, pricing and event reporting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Office Manager or operations administration role within a catering company or commercial events business
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced hospitality or catering environment
- Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competency with office systems and hospitality administration processes
- Qualification in business administration, hospitality management or operations or equivalent relevant industry experience
