Cook Manager to be based at St Thomas of Canterbury, Guildford, GU1 2SX
. The role has Monday to Friday working days, 7.30am–3pm for 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) and pays £22,575 per year.
- Head up the kitchen team, ensuring services run smoothly and all due diligence is adhered to.
- Prepare fresh seasonal ingredients at volume.
- Manage kitchen operations and liaise directly with onsite clients.
We’re open to people with great cooking and people management skills. Candidates should have experience as a Cook/ Chef Manager, be able to cook using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, and manage kitchen staff.
