Overview

Salary – £26,520 plus service charge
Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm welcome.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services.
  • Share knowledge of the area and suggest appropriate places for guests to visit during their stay.
  • Assist guests with arrangements and special requests.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Promptly and courteously address inquiries, requests, and concerns of guests.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
