• Assist with planning, ordering, preparing, and creating delicious dishes.
• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture, and quality are always maintained.
• Supervise, lead, and train a team of commis chefs.
• Maintain and report all health and safety practices continually.

• Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.

• The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.

• Approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
• Degree or certificate in culinary arts is a plus.
