We're recruiting a talented Canapà Chef to join a premium Events Catering operation in South London , delivering exceptional food across some of Londons most prestigious venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an events chef passionate about canapÃs, bowl food and premium hospitality , while being part of an organisation making a genuine difference through hospitality training and development.
Salary and Benefits- A GBP 36,000:
A GBP 40,000 DOE - 39:hour contract
- Paid overtime for evening events
- TOIL for weekend shifts
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Contribute to menu development and new ideas.
- Manage stock, ordering and food costs.
- Mentor and develop trainee chefs.
- Support live events across London.
- Events Chef or Canapà Chef experience.
- Premium hospitality or events background.
- Strong fresh:food and presentation skills.
- Confident managing multiple events and deadlines.
- Enjoy mentoring and developing others.
- Organised, reliable and hands:on.
