Lead Analytical Chemist

You'll be a consummate professional positive role model good communicator a mentor and a prospective leader good attention to detail and keep meticulous records of analytical work. You should have the ability to question and improve upon current processes within the laboratory.

• Analyze samples like over-the-counter medicines antibiotics and herbal products using advanced techniques such as HPLC GC and UV spectroscopy.
• Develop and validate analytical methods to support our innovative projects.
• Mentor and guide team members sharing your expertise to help them grow.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and laboratory standards are maintained.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and find creative solutions.
• Your work will play a key role in shaping the future of our drug development efforts. Every day you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and move projects forward

• A degree in Chemistry (or a related field) with practical experience in techniques like HPLC GC and IR spectroscopy or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in method development and troubleshooting.
• Experience in delivering technical training to a high standard
• Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 17025 ISO 9001 and GLP.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed.
