Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Position: Carpenter (Permanent)
Carpenter Duties:

Carry out planned and reactive carpentry maintenance across the site

Repair, install, and maintain doors, frames, locks, windows, flooring, skirting, and fitted furniture

Support refurbishment and small‑works projects, including kitchens, study spaces, and accommodation upgrades

Diagnose issues and deliver high‑quality, long‑lasting repairs

Work collaboratively with other trades and colleague

Plumber Requirements:

A qualified carpenter/joiner (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

Experienced in maintenance or facilities work, ideally in residential or commercial environments

Skilled in both first‑ and second‑fix carpentry

Full Uk driving license

This is a full time,long term position, working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
