Vehicle Technician – Mechanic

As a key member of our Guildford technical team (Vehicle Technician / Service Mechanic), you will:

• Maintenance & Repair: Carry out routine servicing and complex mechanical repairs.
• Diagnostics: Test, diagnose, and resolve faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Component Care: Inspect parts for wear and tear, repairing or replacing as needed.
• MOT Support: If qualified, carry out MOT inspections to VOSA standards.
• Collaboration: Support the wider workshop team and maintain our high trust rating through clear communication.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Experience: Previous experience in a busy workshop—
  experience with German brands (VW, Audi, BMW, etc.) is a major bonus.
• MOT Tester: A VOSA-approved MOT license is a significant advantage but not essential.
• Compliance: A full UK driving license (maximum 6 points).
• Mindset: A professional attitude and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Our workshop is based in Guildford and is ideally situated for those commuting from Woking, Godalming, Aldershot, Farnham, Cranleigh, and Leatherhead.
