Area Sales Manager - Boilers & Renewables

Remuneration and Benefits

£50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus

Responsibilities
  • Field sales position selling a high‑quality manufactured range of water heating systems such as boilers, renewables, heat pumps, cylinders, biomass boilers, and air heaters.
  • Spend the majority of time selling directly and stimulating demand with plumbing & heating installers and contractors.
  • Allocate remaining time selling into plumbing & heating independent and national merchants.
  • Inherit a huge potential growth territory.
  • Maintain a 50/50 split between account management and new business relationships.
  • Tasked with growing the territory significantly in collaboration with the sales team and Sales Director.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling plumbing & heating associated products to installers and contractors (or experience in a plumbers merchant selling to installers and contractors).
  • Experience ideally in renewables, oil or cylinders, though candidates with other renewable experience will be considered.
  • Experience working for a manufacturer and selling to plumbing contractors/installers.
  • Stable career history with a proven track record in field sales and territory management.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to get up and go.
  • Trustworthy, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and hungry for success.
