Mobile AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Surrey Area - Van Mobile - up to £44,000 + Package

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to break into a data centre contract? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance: service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial
• Extensive building services knowledge

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000
• Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform
• Private use of Van
• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• Overtime available

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
• F‑Gas qualification (Essential)
• Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
