Location:

Static site, Guildford

Salary: £38,000 + overtime

Hours:

Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm

Additional rota: 1 in 3 weekends (with 2 days in lieu) & 1 in 3 late shifts on Thursdays (11am–8pm)

Annual Leave: 25 days

We’re working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a skilled Fabric Technician for a prestigious static site in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable all‑rounder who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

* General fabric maintenance across the site

* Floor and wall tiling repairs and installations

* Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general building fabric tasks

* Supporting reactive and planned maintenance activities

* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience in floor and wall tiling

* A versatile skill set across general building fabric tasks

* Good communication and a proactive approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to participate in weekend and late‑shift rotas
