We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our growing facilities maintenance team, covering a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Surrey.

Salary & Benefits- Basic salary: £40,000 – £42,000+ depending on experience

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial buildings
- Conduct reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs when required
- Complete electrical testing, inspection, and minor installation works
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current regulations and health & safety standards
- Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders
- Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- Experience with in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
Ability to work xlqdzyr independently and manage a mobile workload effectively
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within FM, healthcare, education, retail, or office environments
- Knowledge of building services and mechanical systems
