A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its southern team by recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber to support a portfolio of high-profile commercial clients across South London and towards the South Coast. Additional sites may include retail developments, high-rise properties, industrial and healthcare facilities.

• Over 4 years of experience operating as a Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber, delivering planned, reactive and modifications/upgrades.
• Experience in installations where required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS checked.
• Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities including sampling, monitoring and flushing (preferred).

• Carry out remedial plumbing tasks including deadlegs, pipework modifications, TMV installs, tank/cylinder replacements.
• Install new pipework where required.
• Maintain site logbooks identifying additional work for site compliance.
• Perform selected water hygiene duties where needed.
• Mentor junior members of the team.

Comprehensive training package, van, overtime and site bonus. Full-time 40‑hour week with travel time included.
