We are looking for an experienced Site Handyman with strong carpentry skills to join a busy commercial construction project for a period of 3 - 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site maintenance and snagging.
- First and second fix carpentry.
- Adjusting doors, ironmongery, skirting and timber fixtures etc
- Making good, minor repairs and finishing works.
- Assisting site management with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience on commercial construction sites.
- Good all-round carpentry and handyman skills.
- Own carpentry tools.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- PPE and own transport preferred.
- Able to work independently and from site instructions.
