About the Role

We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Guildford/Waverley area.

This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be part of a well-organised programme, delivering quality work in occupied properties while making a real difference to residents’ homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments

* Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming

* Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish

* Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards

* Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines

* Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants

* Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required

* Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications

* Experience in domestic/similar work

* CSCS Card

* NVQ Level 2 (preferred)

* Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for:

* Right to work in the UK

* Own tools (110v or battery-operated)

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)

* Good conversational English

* Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
