A HVAC services provider based in Surrey and operating across the Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex areas is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer.

Responsibilities

The Air Conditioning Engineer will ideally be an all-rounder responsible for reactive and planned service and maintenance across both domestic and commercial sites, as well as some installation works. Tasks include service, maintenance, breakdown and fault-finding for equipment such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits and Multi-splits, and small installations.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and installation on a range of air conditioning equipment.
Customer‑facing experience.
Based within commutable distance of Guildford (within 45 minutes).
Full UK driving licence.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning and F‑Gas 2079 or Safe Handling of Refrigerants certifications.

Remuneration

Basic salary £40,000 - £48,000, depending on experience (DOE).

No mandatory call‑out rota; voluntary overtime available (no extensive hours).

Package negotiable; company van provided for personal use.
