We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a critical healthcare environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious contract, ensuring essential electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Working as part of a professional Estates team, you'll play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance while supporting the reliable operation of a live critical site.
β‘ What you'll be doing:
π§ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
βοΈ Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
π οΈ Ensuring electrical installations comply with current regulations and industry standards
π Supporting statutory inspections, testing, and certification
π¨ Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems
π» Maintaining accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems
π€ Liaising with contractors and internal teams to support engineering works
π¦Ί Working safely within a live critical environment while following Health & Safety procedures

What we're looking for:
πΉ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering
πΉ 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
πΉ Experience with in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a similar maintenance environment
πΉ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
πΉ Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
πΉ Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices
β Desirable:
β Experience working within healthcare or other critical environments
β Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
