Winner Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Plumbing bias) to join a social housing repairs team in Guilford and surrounding areas. The role covers responsive and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties, including plumbing, tiling, plastering, carpentry and decorating tasks.
The successful candidate will have broad maintenance skills, deliver high-quality repairs, and provide excellent customer service to tenants.
