Our client is looking to recruit experienced Vehicle Technicians to join their modern and well-equipped workshop in Guildford.

Salary & OTE

* Service Technician: £35,500 Basic | OTE £41,200

* Accredited Technician: £41,000 Basic | OTE £45,000

* Accredited Senior Technician: £45,000 Basic | OTE £50,000

Duties & Responsibilities

* Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

* Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required.

* Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

* Accurately complete job cards and associated documentation.

* Work closely with Workshop Control and the Aftersales team.

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

* Keep up to date with the latest technical training and repair techniques.

Your Background & Skills

* Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) is essential.

* Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a professional workshop.

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment.

* High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

* Hybrid and EV qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
