Salary | OTE
- Service Technician (Non Brand /ATA) £35,500 | £41,200
* up to £35,500 dependent upon experience - Accredited Service Technician | £41,000 | £45,000
- Accredited Senior Technician £45,000 | £50,000
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
- Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards
- Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements
- Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure
- Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
- BMW Senior Technician qualification or equivalent from prestigious retailer
- Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
