Overview
Our large social housing client is seeking experienced Multi-Traders to join their responsive repairs team across Guildford and surrounding areas. You’ll be delivering high-quality day-to-day maintenance in occupied and void properties, with a strong emphasis on carpentry and plumbing, supported by reliable plastering skills.
Key Responsibilities- Complete responsive repairs, maintenance and minor works across social housing stock.
- Deliver professional-standard carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks.
- Diagnose issues, carry out works efficiently, and ensure properties are left safe and tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and represent the client professionally.
- Work independently or within a wider maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices.
- Strong background in carpentry and plumbing (bias towards these trades).
- Experience with in social housing, responsive repairs, or domestic maintenance.
- Ability to work across multiple trades and deliver a high-quality finish.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Training and progression within a major housing provider
