- Commercial Maintenance Plumber / mechanical engineer Recognised plumber/industry qualifications including NVQ 2 Plumbing and Heating would be essential Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate As a commercial plumber/mechanical engineer you will have experience of covering maintenance plumbing contracts of a commercial nature with knowledge of plantroom maintenance including changing pumps, valves, motors etc Experience on plantroom upgrades, installation of pipework etc Hardworking and flexible ,motivated and trustworthy Our client is looking for someone who is seeking a career move that wants to progress and develop as the business grows JOB INFORMATION
- Commercial Maintenance Plumber / mechanical engineer As a commercial plumber /mechanical engineer you would be based from home - working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, plantroom maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems along with plantroom refurbs and upgrades. You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules, leak detection, changing of pipes, pumps, valves, motors etc The opportunity to complete gas qualifications will be made available should the successful candidate wish to do them.
