Account Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Account Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in Guilford, CT.

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate production schedules, inventory availability, and delivery requirements to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate order status, production timelines, and project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, scheduling, and shipping departments to address challenges and prevent delays.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support customer projects throughout the entire order lifecycle, from initial request through successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and project activities within company systems.
• Monitor open orders and proactively identify potential risks that may impact delivery schedules or customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong working relationships with assigned accounts and become a trusted resource for customers' ongoing business needs.
• Continuously provide exceptional service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 3-5 years of Account Coordinator or Customer Service experience.
• Background in printing or graphic design industry
