Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Full-time, hybrid schedule with standard business hours

• Ownership & Visibility: Manage corporate credit card programs and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with accounting, finance, and internal teams across the organization
• Process Improvement Opportunities: Help identify and implement improvements within accounts payable and expense management processes

• Credit Card Program Management: Oversee multiple corporate credit card platforms, reconcile transactions, and ensure compliance with company expense policies
• Accounts Payable Support: Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities
• Audit & Compliance Coordination: Investigate discrepancies, maintain supporting documentation, and support internal and external audits

• Experienced AP Professional: 5+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience, including corporate credit card administration
• Detail‑Oriented & Analytical: Strong understanding of expense policies, internal controls, and financial reconciliation processes
• Organized Communicator: Ability to manage deadlines, communicate with employees across the organization, and ensure policy adherence
