The Marine Logistics Coordinator supports daily vessel operations by managing port services, fuel, lubricants, waste handling, and related logistics across an active fleet. This role ensures accurate ordering, inventory tracking, cost optimization, invoicing, and compliance documentation while maintaining strong working relationships with vendors and port partners.
The coordinator conducts periodic inventories, audits, and reporting to keep logistics ahead of operational schedules, supports regulatory documentation requirements, and contributes to continuous improvement through cost comparisons and service optimization. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Logistics, purchasing and cost-optimization experience.
- Understand and enforce fleet adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Administrative reporting, invoicing, and securing documentation to ensure ships compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute projects accurately.
- Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-through.
- Previous experience in the Marine industry preferred.
- Daily in-person work at our Guilford, CT office.
- Periodic travel (14-21 days annually) to port and logistics locations around the country on board our fleet of ships.
- Professional fast-paced environment with a demanding time schedule.
