Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Training: Approximately 90 days.

New Start Pay:
- $22.00/hour
- $23.00/hour at 90 days
- $23.75/hour at 1 year
Main Responsibilities:
- Bell Furnace Setup & Operation
- Shipping & Receiving
- Product Inspection & Quality Control
- Safety & Compliance
Shipping:
Perform various duties related to receiving materials and supplies, packaging products, and loading finished products onto commercial trucks for shipment.
Material Handler:
Ensure material flow through the plant by moving the completed product to the next operation. Set up and operate aluminum furnaces to anneal aluminum and aluminum alloys to a soft temper. Set up and operate bell furnaces to anneal copper and copper base alloys to a soft temper in the absence of the Annealing Operator.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in cycle counting inventory using an RF Gun.
- Operate powered production equipment and scales.
- Follow any other job‑related instructions as requested by management.
- Step in for the Annealing Operator when needed.
- Adjust to equipment modifications for continuous improvement.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.75 per hour
Schedule:
- 8‑hr shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Shipping and Receiving/Material Handler: 2 years (Required).
- Reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; ability to read and interpret process sheets and other production documents.
- Ability to adjust to changes in equipment/tools and modifications to existing equipment for the purposes of continuous improvement.
- Ability to operate powered production equipment.
- Ability to operate the scale computer.
- Ability to follow safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.

- Preference for candidates demonstrating recent, consistent work history.
