Rea Magnet Wire is hiring a Mfg. Support / Shipping & Receiving - Material Handler for 1st or 2nd shift in Guilford, CT. You will set up and operate bell furnaces, manage material flow, and handle shipping/receiving with emphasis on quality and safety. Training is about 90 days, with increased pay at milestones.
Starting pay is $22.00/hour, rising to $23.00 at 90 days and $23.75/hour at 1 year. This full-time role includes standard benefits and 8-hour day shifts with overtime.
