Yale New Haven Health is seeking an APP for Ambulatory Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility to join our West Campus team in Orange, CT. This full-time role offers Monday to Friday daytime hours with Epic EMR and a sign-on bonus.
The APP will provide assessment, triage, and management within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients, coordinate care, and support families throughout the disease process. Licensure, ACLS/BLS, and DEA are required or in process.
