As the Director of Nursing
, you will play a pivotal role in licensing, overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of our home health agency and medical staffing services. This position is perfect for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is driven to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

• Oversee and manage the clinical operations of our home health agency and medical staffing services.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align clinical goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, offering mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, with leadership or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home health care practices and medical staffing operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
