Our Client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a self-driven professional who can manage service calls independently while delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and start up commercial HVAC equipment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service
- Identify potential system upgrades or service opportunities
- Coordinate with dispatch and service leadership to complete assigned work
- Accurately document service activities and reports
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians
- Respond to emergency service needs and occasional extended hours
- S2 license (or equivalent experience) and EPA Universal certification
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, furnaces, heat pumps, and VRF systems
- Familiarity with AAON units and basic controls systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working at heights
