• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service‑related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions

• Hourly pay of $22–$24

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers
• Consideration of all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions
