Personal Banker

We are seeking a relationship-driven Personal Banker to join a community-focused bank in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, generating new business, and helping clients with their banking and lending needs.

• Develop and grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
• Open consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell banking products and services, including online banking, CDs, credit cards, and mobile banking.
• Generate and process consumer loans, including auto, personal, boat, trailer, and recreational vehicle loans.
• Gather initial mortgage loan information and coordinate with the Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Make referrals to internal partners for mortgage, commercial, investment, insurance, agricultural, and small business banking services.
• Participate in community events and business development activities to expand the bank's presence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Some mortgage lending exposure or interest in learning mortgage lending.
• Strong sales, customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
