SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Loader Operator to join our Gulf Shores plant. You’ll operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement, ensuring steady material flow and production pace.
You’ll load/unload trucks, inspect equipment, follow safety rules, and collaborate with the crew. We offer overtime after 8 hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth.
