Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the car wash and facilities;
Ensure all equipment (payment stations, wash equipment, vacuums) are kept operational and submit a Service Channel ticket when issues arise;
Greet guests and provide assistance with car wash process or vacuums;
Handle customer complaints and daily operational problems in a fair and consistent manner;
Cross-train within retail store to greet and serve guests, operate registers, stock shelves, and assist Store Manager as needed
