Position Summary
Parts and accessories specialists are responsible for ensuring customers have access to the correct parts and accessories for their boating needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their volume and profit goals through assisting customers in their buying decisions.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDuties (Most Important to Least Important)
- Knowledge of marine parts, accessories, and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to resolve customer inquiries.
- Ability to achieve or exceed revenue and profit goals.
- Basic computer knowledge/ skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in marine services is a plus.
- Previous experience in parts sales, marine service, or a related field is preferred.
