Target - 3820 Gulf Shores Parkway - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with purchases at checkout to provide a quick and easy shopping experience;
Engage with guests to understand needs and promote products, services, and Target Loyalty programs; Operate checkout operations and return processing while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies;
Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked; assist with order pickup and Drive Up operations as needed;
Utilize Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up) to support guests and enroll them in services when appropriate
