This is a multi-role position combining Paylocity admin support, Quick Books and Service Titan assistant to administrative support responsibilities.

This position requires knowledge and experience with the software listed above but with more expertise in Paylocity support, highly organized, strong attention to detail, great with working with numbers, professional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy.

• Primary responsibility will be payroll support within the Paylocity platform
• Paylocity experience preferred
• Additional responsibilities as needed, accounts payable processing include invoice entry and job coding with Service Titan and Quick Books (knowledge preferred)
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions when needed
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team and CFO as assigned.

• QUICKBOOKS, SERVICE TITAN AND PAYLOCITY EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE A MUST
• Accounts payable or bookkeeping preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Professionalism in the office
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Background check
• Drug screening

Job Type: Part-Time
