Salary: 53K-79K annual salary plus quarterly project incentives.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Plan reconstruction projects from start to finish and host team updates.
• Conduct project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks.
• Stay within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance reconstruction experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) proficiency.
