A heavy civil construction company is seeking dependable Skilled Laborers to support concrete paving operations. Duties may range from material handling and site cleanup to assisting with paving equipment and screed operations, depending on experience and skill level.
Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties throughout the job site.
- Assist with placement and finishing of concrete material.
- Operate screeds and other equipment as qualified.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Support operators and crew members as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (11–13 hour shifts)
