We're seeking a driven Project Manager to lead roadway and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through completion. In this role, you'll oversee project schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and profitably.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated, goal-oriented leader who communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You'll work closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to coordinate resources, solve challenges, and drive project success.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in construction, estimating, field engineering, or a related role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Roadway, paving, or heavy civil construction experience preferred
